1. Foundation Laying and Restructuring Transformation Period (1988-1996)

(From a Solenoid Valve branch factory to a registered company in the High-tech Zone, establishing a brand foundation for deep cultivation in the fluid control field.)

May 1988: The Xi'an Instrument Factory Solenoid Valve Branch Factory was officially established; marking the beginning of special solenoid valve manufacturing and laying the manufacturing foundation for subsequent deep cultivation in the fluid control field.

February 1994: In response to the transformation of state-owned enterprises, "Xi'an Huiyuan Self-Controlled Complete Technology Co., Ltd." was officially registered and established in the Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone.

December 1996: The company was officially renamed "Xi'an Huiyuan Instrument Valve Co., Ltd." (now Xi'an Huiyuan Instrument Valve Co., Ltd.), establishing a brand foundation for deep cultivation in the fluid control field.

2. Technological Breakthrough and Long-Term Industrial Development Period (1998-2015)

(Developing continuous R&D capabilities in areas such as cryogenic, explosion-proof, high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves, Coaxial Valves, and metering control.)

1998: Awarded the title of Provincial High-tech Enterprise. In the same year, a breakthrough was achieved in cryogenic technology, with the successful development of -196℃ ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen solenoid valves and -253℃ ultra-low temperature liquid oxygen solenoid valves, laying the foundation for advantages in extreme low-temperature control.

2001-2002: Awarded the title of Municipal "Ninth Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Innovation Star Enterprise; successfully developed a dedicated electromagnetic release valve for fire-fighting gas cylinders; fully passed GB/T ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

2004-2005: Electric control valves won the titles of "Xi'an Advanced Quality Product" and "Xi'an Famous Brand Product". Successfully developed a bidirectional direct-acting solenoid valve, overcoming the industry problem of traditional solenoid valves only allowing unidirectional flow.

2007-2008: Obtained the explosion-proof electromagnet qualification certificate. Successfully developed a 20MPa, 450℃ high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valve, successfully applied to the Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant. Awarded the title of "Contract-Abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" by the Xi'an Municipal Government.

2009: Obtained EU CE mandatory safety certification and foreign trade license. Successfully developed a series of coaxial solenoid valves, achieving complete domestic substitution for similar imported products from Europe and the United States.

2011-2015: Obtained the National Manufacturing License for Measuring Instruments. Successfully developed explosion-proof electric quick-opening and closing valves for metering applications for CNPC and Sinopec, which were widely promoted and applied in major oil fields.

3. National Defense, Aerospace, and Major National Projects Empowerment Period (2016-Present)

(Entered supporting fields such as shipbuilding, commercial aircraft, satellites, deep-sea, nuclear power, and rocket engine testing systems.)

2016: Technology on par with international standards. Successfully provided dedicated solenoid valves for fire sprinkler systems for major national projects; simultaneously provided dedicated valves for rocket engines for civil aerospace.

2017: Deeply served the large aircraft and satellite fields. Developed and manufactured Airborne solenoid valves and electric regulating valves for COMAC (the final assembly unit of the C919); successfully supplied solenoid valves for the satellite navigation control system to the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology, and officially entered the qualified supplier list.

2020: Obtained the globally high-standard SIL3 functional safety certification; successfully developed and manufactured deep-sea high-pressure solenoid valves for submarines for CSIC.

2021-2022: Developed airborne special valves for the China Academy of Engineering Physics; officially supplied special valves for rocket engine experimental systems to the Sixth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology.

2023: Successfully developed and manufactured high-specification coaxial solenoid valves for AECC.

2024-2026: Successfully passed the QA-level quality assurance certification of CNNC, officially establishing its position as a core supplier of CNNC. After more than 30 years of accumulation, it has steadily developed into a leading professional enterprise in the field of special fluid control.
